ParOS is a spinout company from Imperial College London. In March 2006 ParOS plc was admitted to trading on AIM. In March 2008 ParOS plc disposed of its main trading subsidiary. The directors intend to seek to acquire another company or business in exchange for the issue of Ordinary Shares in a single transaction.

The main investment criteria are:

• The engineering sector in the UK, Europe and North America
   
• Businesses which require little or no funding in excess of the cash resources available to the Company
   
• Businesses whose growth prospects, if achieved, will be earnings enhancing for shareholders
